We set to work , building the application from the ground up, ensuring the end-result met the needs of both the employer able to offer apprenticeships as well as those seeking them. The following features were included:
- the ability to list applicants who have registered an interest for similar roles previously and/or who meet certain requirements
- a telephone interviewing module which allows assessors to instantly score suitable applicants
- visual illustration of locations of applicants in relation to vacancies using Google maps
- the ability to build lists of employer contacts to improve vacancy generation
This application has now gone live with a major training provider based in the UK, and is providing a huge return on their initial investment.
