We will then review how your data is currently stored to determine the best method of drafting the reports. A specification will be written for you outlining how the reports are hosted and a demo report provided for your approval.

Following agreement of the specification, we will program your reports. This work is carried out at a fixed cost agreed in the specification document. We will install the reports on your computer systems and test them, with constant support until you are happy that all features are working correctly.

We can design your reports and leave them with you or, if you wish, provide a range of support services to make sure that your reports continue to be the productive source of information that you need them to be. This could involve future development and upgrades of the reports as your business grows, training for all staff who need to use them, and providing email and telephone support.
